Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be:
Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
With all tags, packaging, and invoice intact
Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered
Size mismatch
Manufacturing defect or damage

⚠️ Note: Slight color variations due to lighting or screen differences are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or altered uniforms (e.g., name tags, logo printing)
Used, washed, or damaged products (not due to our fault)

Return Process

Contact our support team with:
Order ID
Reason for return
Photos (if applicable)
Our team will verify your request within 1–2 working days.
Once approved:
Within Lucknow: Pickup will be arranged by us
Rest of India: You may need to ship the product to us or pickup will be arranged depending on service availability.

Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
Amount will be credited to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
Refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges (for size or item) are subject to stock availability
If the requested item is unavailable:
You may choose a refund or store credit.

Shipping & Delivery

Within Lucknow: Delivery within 0–2 working days
Rest of India: Delivery within 3–10 working days
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours of placing the order
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

Important Notes

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Choice Uniforms reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
