Return & Exchange Eligibility

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be:
Unused and unwashed
In original condition with all tags and packaging intact
Accompanied by the original invoice
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered
Size mismatch
Manufacturing defect or damaged product

⚠️ Note: Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or altered products (including logo printing or name tags)
Used, washed, or damaged items (not due to our error)
Return & Exchange Process
Contact our support team with:
Order ID
Reason for return/exchange
Clear photos (in case of defect/damage)
Our team will review and respond within 1–2 working days.
Once approved:
Within Lucknow: Pickup will be arranged by us
Rest of India: You may be required to ship the product to us or pickup will be arranged depending on availability.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size or product is unavailable:
You may choose an alternative product
Or opt for a refund/store credit
Return Charges
Within Lucknow: Free pickup (in eligible cases)
Rest of India: Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to our error
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
Amount will be credited to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
Refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit
Important Notes
Choice Uniforms reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake
